Founder Riley Alexander spent over a decade working in a traditional automotive shop. During those years, Riley noticed a recurring problem that frustrated every customer: the "waiting room drain." People were losing hours of their Saturdays sitting in plastic chairs for simple services like oil changes—not because the work took that long, but because paperwork got buried or tickets were handed off to the wrong mechanic in a busy, disorganized system. Riley knew there was a better way to provide high-quality care without the high-stress environment.
